  • Rehabbing Real Estate:  Investing in properties that need rehabbing or repairs to meet renting standards.  Our resources can help with putting together a work order once you have made an offer on a potential investment property.

  • Not all programs are created equal: As an investor you will have to choose which program you want to work with. Example: Veteran Affairs will pay $835 a room and another program will require a 1bed 1bathroom with stove and mini refrigerator, this pays $931 as of January 2023.
